Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in costing, budgeting, or financial analysis (manufacturing industry preferred). Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting processes, and variance analysis. High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility. Good communication and teamwork skills. Position level (Staff or Supervisor) will be determined based on experience and capability. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as Costing & Budgeting Staff or Supervisor .
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze product costing, pricing structures, and margin reports.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Control and analyze production and operating costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Review cost variances and recommend improvements for cost control.
- Support new product costing and quotation requests from the commercial team.
- Provide management with regular financial and cost performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit standards.
