Uraian Tugas

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Civil Engineer to join our team. This position requires a professional who not only brings technical expertise in engineering and construction but is also capable of performing practical handyman tasks when required.

Plan, design, and supervise construction projects in accordance with structural and safety standards.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and provide practical engineering solutions to technical challenges.
Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare reports, material take-offs, and progress updates for management.

Handyman & Maintenance Duties

Perform minor repair and maintenance works (carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks).

Support site teams with small-scale construction or installation requirements.

Ensure all repair and maintenance tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.

Provide flexible, hands-on support to maintain smooth site operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or construction.

Proven practical skills in general handyman tasks (plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work, painting).

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, standards, and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Physically fit and willing to support site-based tasks.
