We are looking for an experienced presales professional with deep expertise in the utility industry to partner with sales executives and drive complex deals. The Principal Solution Consultant will focus on Oracle Utilities solutions, especially in enterprise asset management, mobility, ADMS, and operational technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry expertise and deepen knowledge of Oracle Utilities solutions and service offerings.
• Engage clients to uncover business challenges and priorities; facilitate workshops to identify client needs.
• Craft tailored solutions from Oracle Utilities applications that address customer business issues and future plans.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners by providing solutions to their business challenges.
• Enable the sales team to pitch the right solution for the customer.
• Prepare and deliver impactful demonstrations of Oracle Utilities solutions that illustrate the value of Oracle in a clear and understandable manner.
• Work on large, complex sales opportunities that require creative and sophisticated solutions.
• Assist in training the sales team and partners on how to sell new products and features and collaborate with the presales team on configuration and demonstration.
• Collaborate with sales executives to define sales strategy and project plans for high‑value, strategically important deals.
