Senior HR Information System Analyst

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Lead the Business Team in analyzing HR processes and system requirements, designing technical (including AI) solutions, coordinating with IT and vendors, do the system testing, and ensuring smooth system deployment & process implementation
• Lead & handle multiple complex projects both locally and globally
• Support the manager in team monitoring, including resource planning and analysis, while providing technical guidance to the team
• Conduct regular audits of P&C data and systems using appropriate tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain complete project documentation from initiation to post go-live, aligned with standard project management and audit requirements
• Assist users in understanding new system flows, features, and mechanisms to ensure internal team readiness before application launch. Provide support during the hypercare period and facilitate a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations
• Ensure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintained
• Proactively propose and implement innovations, including AI-driven solutions, as part of continuous improvement initiatives related to technical solution
