Uraian Tugas

enGreen Technology Indonesia is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Technical Engineer to join our team. This role will be based in BSD Tangerang, Banten, and will be responsible for providing technical sales offerings of various products and services to support projects. Currently, we’re supporting project Data Centre around Nusantara and will have opportunities for other projects, driving growth for our innovative water treatment solutions.

What you'll be doing

Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to new and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored water treatments solutions
Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through product and services
Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer site visits to promote our offerings
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities
Support the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations and contract negotiations
Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales reports, Client Profile, etc.)
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments

What we're looking for

Minimum D3 or S1 graduated in all majors, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the packaging industry

Familiar with piping systems, HVAC, Water Treatment, and MEP for Building like cooling tower water system, water treatment system, water purification, etc

Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken

Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes and industry regulations

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate technical specifications into practical solutions

Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to create professional proposals and presentations

Able to work under pressure to achieve targets

A team player with a proactive and customer-centric approach

Can drive and have a CAR & driving license (SIM A) is a must
