Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end site development : feasibility, permitting, construction, and handover.
- Oversee civil / structural works (foundations, trenching, drainage, cable routing, support structures).
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and authorities to align civil and electrical work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Act as primary contact for clients during site preparation and construction.
