Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the HR industry in Indonesia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry development.
- Work in accordance with Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to the organization’s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy, and Password Management Policy.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales and key account management in HR or related industry.Knowledge of the Indonesian market landscape in HR or other related industry.Existing strong connections and a broad network, preferably within the HR space in Indonesia, across multiple industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Why work with Pulsifi
