Uraian TugasMinimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of work experience in computer networking (fresh graduates with relevant certifications are welcome to apply). Proficient in networking concepts (TCP / IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP). Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, or similar). Understanding of network protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS). Knowledge of network security (firewall, VPN, IDS / IPS). Ability to use network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios). Certifications such as CCNA (Mikrotik, Juniper, Cisco, firewall). Experience in a Network Operation Center (NOC). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive in project management, able to work both in a team and independently, and adaptable to new technologies. Responsibilities
- Conduct research related to network solution needs and implement the solutions.
- Perform installation and configuration of networks and network devices.
- Carry out maintenance of networks and network devices.
- Troubleshoot network issues, perform analysis, and implement improvements to prevent recurring problems.
- Monitor the network and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Document installations, configurations, research, and issues.
- Review and enhance network security aspects.
