This is a dynamic role that involves working collaboratively with a team to produce high-quality content, with the potential for team management responsibilities as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit multi-cam footage with separate sound to create engaging, polished videos.
• Collaborate with the team to release more than one video per week.
• Manage and mentor junior editors as needed, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
• Work with unscripted, freestyle content to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
• Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency and alignment with our creative vision.
