Responsibilities :
- Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team
- Need to be able to sell
- Prioritize customer satisfaction
- Target oriented and have a great urge to sell
- Selling fashion luxury brands
- Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
- Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Controlling product stock availability
- Controlling product and display material is in good condition
- Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
Qualifications :
At least have a Diploma's / Bachelor's degree from reputable academy / universityMinimum 3 years leading sales team in retail industryCustomer-oriented with excellent service skillsHigh attention to detailsHaving skills to do customer behavior analysisProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong strategic planning and organizational skillsExcellent and effective problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)Willing to work on holidays and full shift
