Uraian TugasMinimum Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management Proven expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in leading and managing IT projects Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a PLUS Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta and start immediately Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation Building and managing IT development teams and fostering collaboration Effectively communicating with clients, internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize disruptions and ensure project success Providing regular project status updates, including progress, risks, and recommendations
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software and web development projects. You will play a pivotal role in :
- Project Initiation : Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Project Planning : Creating detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership : Planning and leading IT development teams.
- Execution : Overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.
- Quality Assurance : Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management : Building and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Reporting : Providing regular project status updates and reporting on key metrics.
