Key Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software and web development projects. You will play a pivotal role in :

  • Project Initiation : Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Project Planning : Creating detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership : Planning and leading IT development teams.
  • Execution : Overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management : Building and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Reporting : Providing regular project status updates and reporting on key metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in leading and managing IT projects
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a PLUS
  • Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta and start immediately
