Overview

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Stock Controller to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Daily account of stock for installation jobs
Issue of stock record for technicians
Order of product from headquarters (overseas) to replenish old stock
Submit weekly / monthly summary stock reports
Raise purchase orders / requests (for overseas parts)
Work with Schedulers and Technicians as a team to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline
Prepare stock check list for annual stock report

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

Minimum of 2 years experience in stock control and warehouse is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in inventory are welcome to apply

Strong proficiency in computer operations (MS Office) and experience using warehousing systems is preferable

Basic technical knowledge is an advantage

Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy
