Stock Controller

Overview

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Stock Controller to join our team. Responsibilities

• Daily account of stock for installation jobs
• Issue of stock record for technicians
• Order of product from headquarters (overseas) to replenish old stock
• Submit weekly / monthly summary stock reports
• Raise purchase orders / requests (for overseas parts)
• Work with Schedulers and Technicians as a team to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline
• Prepare stock check list for annual stock report
