Demonstrated success in technology transformation, system integration, and team leadership in a regulated environment. Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong financial acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and contract management skills. Job Description
- Define and execute the organization's technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams.
- Oversee design and maintenance of the company's core insurance systems.
- Ensure robust IT governance, architecture standards, and enterprise integration strategies across platforms and business units.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal delivery from technology partners and system integrators.
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Establish and maintain a strong information security and compliance posture, aligned with OJK regulations, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
- Monitor IT performance metrics, budgets, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to optimize efficiency and control costs.
The Successful Applicant
12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of IT, CTO, or equivalent).
