Overview
The Assistant Director of HR at AYANA MidPlaza, Jakarta, is an essential leadership role responsible for managing the hotel's human resources functions. You will collaborate closely with the Director of HR to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle : talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws; manage employee welfare and motivation programs.
- Address HR-related issues proactively, conduct performance evaluations, and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making and improve operations; ensure operational needs are met through effective workforce planning.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records; respond to employee inquiries; ensure HR documentation is meticulously managed.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or Human Resources ManagementAt least 3 years in similar rolesHR certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) are a plusProven experience in organizational development, change management, or related field, preferably in a leadership roleStrong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practicesAbility to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutionsStrong knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
