Responsibilities :

• Responsible to lead & manage Photographer Team to cater Creative & other division's needs
• Create & develop concepts ideas for Product / Model Photoshoot for NPL or existing campaign
• Directs Photographer & DI Specialist to achieve qualified images within the standard for Social Media, Marketplace, Offline, or Other division's need
• Develop concept deck & storyline for Video Campaign of New Product Launch or Branding Video
• Work closely and collaborate with the Production Division for video & / model photo productions
• Supervise video production from pre-production, production day, & post-production alongside Creative Director
• Directs video productions if needed
