Uraian TugasThe position of Creative Director is also open to those who have experience as an Art Director, Content & Creative Manager, and Head of Creative. Minimum bachelor\'s degree (S1) in Marketing & Business Management, Public Relations, Communication, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in the field. Excellent copywriting and visual skills. Experience working in agencies and on platforms. Copywriting Branding Brand Awareness Art Public Relations Campaigns Business Management Strategy Communication Marketing Business Management
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development of all creative campaigns to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Determine creative content to enhance the company's brand awareness.
- Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and control quality or costs.
- Communicate with the team to understand creative needs.
- Lead a team of 10 creatives (Big Team).
