Core Responsibilities

  • Supporting the CEO and founding team to run end-to-end fundraising

processes for both equity and debt financing

  • Lead in preparation of pitching materials, management presentation, b

    • materials, and other presentations for use in Company's strategic

    development

  • Pitching to investors, potential partners and other stakeholders
  • Analytics and assessment of new market and growth opportunities
  • Understanding key drivers of revenues and expenses; identifying the m

    • important key performance indicators (KPI) to measure and evaluate

    company performance

  • Strategic business development project work, involving new business models,incremental revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Regular monthly and quarterly performance reporting to the company's

    • board and investors

  • Other ad-hoc strategic growth projects as required

    • Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Experience in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital,private equity or a top tier management consulting firm; or
  • Several years work experience in highly commercial business leadership rolein a high-growth business
  • Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business or analytical field
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent project management
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills
  • Great spoken and written English
  • Ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity
  • Planning and organization
  • Commercial business acumen
  • Good presenter with strong PowerPoint skills

    • Preferred

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Worked in start-up environment
  • First hand experience of running a fund-raising process
