Job descriptionLead in preparation of pitching materials, management presentation, b Pitching to investors, potential partners and other stakeholders Analytics and assessment of new market and growth opportunities Understanding key drivers of revenues and expenses; identifying the m Strategic business development project work, involving new business models,incremental revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships Regular monthly and quarterly performance reporting to the company's Other ad-hoc strategic growth projects as required Minimum 5 years professional experience Experience in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital,private equity or a top tier management consulting firm; or Several years work experience in highly commercial business leadership rolein a high-growth business Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills Minimum bachelor's degree in business or analytical field Experience working in Southeast Asia Excellent project management Highly analytical with strong Excel skills Great spoken and written English Ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity Planning and organization Commercial business acumen Good presenter with strong PowerPoint skills Experience in the real estate industry Worked in start-up environment First hand experience of running a fund-raising process
