As heading / managing a function, the expectations of this role are :
- Strategy : Prepares and approves BD strategy and plan with
Board of Directors, then executing the go-to-market
High-Level Engagement : Engages as at a decision making level to closerelevant deals - smaller deals only require their approval, not focus
Closing Responsibility : Personally leads negotiations for deals, together withBD Manager
Performance Management : Ensures transparent pipelinereporting to HQ and board - critical for managing-up
Cross-Functional Leadership : Participates in Management Committee andcontinuously collaborates with management team .
Talent management and development : Collaborating with HR to ensureRequirements
Requirement :
Min 10 years B2B experience in commercial leadership (withinenergy and electricity)
Large company experience preferred (understands nature of working withMNC / global and boards)
Proven experience leading a BD team - in sales, develo ping peopleand manage the functio n.
Good knowledge of renewable energy and regulatory frameworksExecutive presence is a must - together with excellent negotiation,presentation (English & Bahasa), and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross functionally in a co-creativemanner
Proficient in CRM and data-driven reporting
