To build and lead the sales team and to focus on the below aspects of the required services.
Bring extraordinary value to company as a main Sales driver for acquiring new clients and new projects to contribute and meet company’s revenue target and continuous business expansions in Indonesia and Asia Pacific.
Manage day-to-day Sales activities with both potential and existing clients to exceed customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Conduct periodic visits to potential and existing clients to promote services, improve relations, identify new opportunities, and conclude new deals.
Attend client and industry events to stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with the global and regional sales teams to ensure consistent the implementation of Sales strategy, service delivery and client satisfaction.
Review customer requirements, understand service capabilities, and manage service delivery expectations and performance.
Support in responding to client inquiries and managing the preparation of business cases for capital investments.
Contribute to strategic planning, including three-year strategic plans, annual forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
Provide regular management reports, such as : sales pipeline, financial forecasting, pricing recommendations and market updates.
Person Specification
Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors.
Technical knowledge or experiences in Commodities Trading, particularly Nickel and Coal Commodities, and Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services
Ideally experience with Mining Industry or TIC services provider for the Mining Industry within Indonesia.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, selling and negotiation skills to drive the business and achieve the company’s monthly and annual target.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to create unique Sales strategy and excellent ideas as part of contribution into the Sales team.
Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational / sales / administration needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to lead, supervise and train sales employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Required Work Experience.
Minimum 7-10 years of proven Sales track records & experiences across a broad range of commodities (TIC / Surveyors, Commodities Traders, Miners)
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor or Master Degree of any major.
