Job Description
- Provide technical support to staff members via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computers, printers, and other hardware devices
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, inventory, and maintenance logs
- Assist in network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide solutions and resolve issues
- Research and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and IT best practices
Qualifications
Graduated, min SMKmajoring in Computer or Computer and Network Engineering2+ years of experience in IT support or related fieldLogical, meticulous, analytical anda good problem solverReady to work overtime and outdoorExperience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networkingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksWillingness to learn new technologies and skillsUnderstand router (mikrotik), switch, IP, DNS (preferred)Additional Information
