Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in major IT / Informatics Engineering / Computer Science.
• Have 2-3 years work experience in IT Infra Support & Operation
• Have good analytical skills to analyze problems systematically
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work responsively, effectively and have good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
• Good knowledge in concept of virtualization server Technology (VMware Cloud Computing).
• Good knowledge in concept of OS (Linux & Windows).
• Good knowledge in concept of Basic Firewall, Log Management, Backup Management, and Access Management.
• Have experience using product tools Fortigate Firewall, Zabbix, Wazuh SIEM, Acronis Backup (+ point)
