What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead client discovery sessions to determine requirements and define business needs
• Configure software systems aligned with client business processes and best practices
• Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to support successful conversions
• Deliver both onsite and remote support during client implementation phases
• Troubleshoot, validate, and test system functionality and connectivity
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively with stakeholders
• Train end users and internal teams to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project records and follow quality implementation standards
