What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead client discovery sessions to determine requirements and define business needs
- Configure software systems aligned with client business processes and best practices
- Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to support successful conversions
- Deliver both onsite and remote support during client implementation phases
- Troubleshoot, validate, and test system functionality and connectivity
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively with stakeholders
- Train end users and internal teams to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate project records and follow quality implementation standards
What You’ll Bring
7+ years’ experience in financial software implementationStrong client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectationsDeep knowledge of investment bank front, middle, or back-office processesExperience with project methodologies and implementation life cyclesComfortable with regular travel to client sites (as needed)Familiarity with trading systems or similar financial platforms is highly desirableSeniority level
