Overview

Job Description : Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts; achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team; design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and strengthens its presence; understand and stay updated about local, state and federal legislation; build relationships with business partners.

Qualifications

BS degree in business administration or a related field.

Proficient in Mandarin (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

Successful previous experience as a sales manager (minimum 3 years).

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Prefer someone with experience handling OEM products.
