Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business & Operations Analyst to join AMODA, a leading construction tech company. In this role, you will deliver key business insights, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency. You’ll support our CEO Office by tracking performance metrics, driving data-driven strategies, and ensuring alignment with AMODA’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
- Support project management efforts, including planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, System Information, Mathematics or a related fieldMin 1 year of experience in business analysis, operations analyst, data analyst, sales operations, sales analyst, or related rolesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataStrong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Retool, Trello) is a plusStrong Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Looker Data Studio, etc)Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader business context and align initiatives with organizational goals#J-18808-Ljbffr
