Business Analyst Senior Staff

Uraian TugasSupport to monitor AR (Account Receivable). Support to monitor OE billing / invoicing process for OEM customers. Support to monitor AR collection for REP customers via Distributor Financing system / application. Follow up with banks to ensure availability of credit plafond. Prepare and share analysis feedback for sales achievement. Lead audit data documentation supporting as required by other departments / sections. Provide additional information to reports based on discussion results when required. Lead and conduct regular meetings with other related departments / sections. Manage communication with other departments / sections to ensure order requests are allocated. Participate in Region conferences and special projects, where required. Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required. High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success. Language proficiency : English is mandatory (other language(s) are an added advantage). Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably in Accounting / Finance / Marketing). Minimum 5-7 years of professional working experience. Understand basic finance and able to operate MS Office (especially MS Excel). Preferably have knowledge of taxation. Mandatory ability to operate SAP system. Able to work with the target, OTIF (On-Time In-Full).

- Understand overall business process in Sales & Marketing and be able to share initiatives for business improvement.
- Regularly conduct analysis and provide useful feedback to the sales team and supervisor as required.
- Able to solve problems and independently coordinate with other related departments / sections.
