About the Position :

As a Business Analyst (Lead or Senior) in the MSME team, you will work closely with top management to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems, lead strategic initiatives, and provide insights to improve business performance.

What Will You Do :

• Lead and participate in market analysis and industry research for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic objectives and design solutions.
• Develop detailed strategic plans, including scenario analysis, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Create business cases supporting strategic initiatives with cost-benefit analysis.
• Assess the feasibility and impact of strategies using data from cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Manage projects to ensure timely and aligned execution.
