Senior Investment Director

On behalf of our client, one of the largest global engineering and construction companies, and we are currently seeking a Senior Investment Director to lead their investment endeavors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify Investment Opportunities : Research and explore potential investment opportunities with promising returns that align with the company's goals and financial strategies.
• Strategic Investment Planning : Evaluate and strategize opportunities for diversifying the business through strategic investments in new sectors or markets.
• Investment Project Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential investment projects, including legal and financial assessments, to ensure informed decision-making.
• Investment Reports : Prepare detailed investment reports, outlining the financial and legal status of prospective projects, to present to company stakeholders.
• Term Sheet Preparation : Create well-structured Term Sheets for investment projects, defining investment structures and company arrangements.
• Legal and Financial Due Diligence : Collaborate with legal and financial entities to perform due diligence for investment projects.
• Financial Modeling : Develop and analyze financial models for investment projects, assisting in determining the feasibility and potential returns.
• Relationship Building : Establish and foster relationships with government agencies and entrepreneurs to facilitate investment opportunities and partnerships.
