Uraian TugasDrive the end-to-end process of new product and category development, from initial concept to market launch. Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution. Analyze consumer trends and market gaps to innovate and bring new, compelling products to our portfolio. Source, evaluate, and negotiate new business partnerships and strategic alliances that complement our existing capabilities and open new avenues for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Represent the company in discussions with external parties, demonstrating a strong understanding of our vision and strategic goals. Work on special projects and ad-hoc strategic assignments as directed by the CEO, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings. Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a relevant role, such as Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or a CEO Office function, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sector. Demonstrated experience in new business and / or product development. Proven track record of identifying and executing on new strategic partnerships. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You will be responsible for a wide range of strategic projects, from ideation to execution.
