Uraian Tugas

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Account Executive (MTI) to strengthen our sales team. This position will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue goals across our focus regions : East Java, Central Java, West Java, Sulawesi, and Sumatera .

What You Will Do

  • Deliver and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Expand market coverage by identifying, approaching, and securing new customers / star outlets, while also maximizing business with existing partners.
  • Leverage a strong network and database in the MTI channel across East Java, Central Java, West Java, Sulawesi, and Sumatera.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts, ensuring effective account management and planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and channel trends to proactively develop winning sales strategies.
  • Prepare timely sales reports and actively contribute to regular business review meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Key Account or Account Officer in the beauty or personal care industry .
  • Proven track record with an extensive MTI outlet database in the assigned regions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • A proactive self-starter with consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Team player with the ability to build trust and effective working relationships.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting challenging monthly sales goals.
  • Willing to travel across designated territories when required.
  • Holder of SIM A / SIM C.
