We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Tax Services. Reporting to the Manager, Tax Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its growth.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and perform complex tax calculations for clients of the Company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Review and oversee the preparation of monthly closing for tax reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage and perform tax calculations, payments, and reporting, as well as preparing and reviewing tax returns for all taxes, both monthly and annually.
• Review and perform reconciliation between monthly tax returns and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure full adherence to Company policies, procedures, and practices, and provide guidance to team members on their application.
• Oversee efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax.
• Manage and supervise internal tax and payroll administrative activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior associates, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned, particularly those requiring advanced tax knowledge or problem-solving.
• Ensure financial data integrity, including books and records in full conformity with legal and tax requirements.
