This role is responsible to help achieve RR Sales Target to support Partnership Distribution growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Regular Premium Sales, Insurance Advisor Productivity and Persistency in the supervised areas.

Responsibilities :
Develop sales strategy to ensure RR sales target is achieved
Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs
Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly
Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest
Ensuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity
