Uraian Tugas
Responsibilities
Build and keep good relationship with customers, especially with strategic key account.
Direct engagement in developing and executing sales, product marketing, aftersales program & activities to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies.
Exploring the business opportunities for specified categories (bearings, plastic parts, rubber seals, forging and / or machining parts) and develop premium dealers in the country
Regularly report to HQ about business status and news.
Develop a customer strategy for business development in the country for automotive Segment and Industrial Segment).
Set up and manage Business Plan including P&L Responsibility of Country Unit.
Ensure transparency concerning the customer's target prices and competitors' prices
Be responsible for creation of quotations with support team and follow up;
Coordinate exhibitions and presentations, top management events and meetings
Observe technical trends and requirements and the activities of the competition
Identify and records the new start-up customer requirements
Preparing for budget planning with regard to the Team in the region
Execute and coordinate cost reduction measures with regard to products for the team
Carry out the performance review of subordinate;
Work with team to settle delivery issue, warranty claims and review commercial impact if necessary
Setup and motivate team to achieve business plan target;
Identify the weakness of team members and work out development plan with support from other functions.
Other tasks assigned by management team.
Qualifications
At least 10 years experience in sales of bearings and currently still in service would be minimum requirement. Premium brands would be preferred.
Good commanding in communication, presentation, team cooperation;
Good commanding products, market, financial analysis, technical knowledge, and strategic leadership, engineering background will be plus;
Assertiveness and capacity to negotiate : Intent on achieving a balance between the stakeholders and being able to direct them;
Goal orientation : Recognizes and respects the motives of his internal and external business partners and always keeps an eye on his own goals;
Entrepreneurial thinking : Thinks out of box and respects the interests of the entire automotive division
Social and intercultural skills : Excellent skills in building up and maintaining relationships and networks, particularly high end touch;
Sense of quality, good knowledge of ISO / TS16949.
Proven record of sales achievement, managerial skill and team building
A fast learner, high achiever, self-starter, reliable, creative, problem solver, independently motivated, strong in negotiation, capable of performing responsibilities in the high-pressure conditions and represent company professionally and competently to external environment.
