Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our advanced cybersecurity solutions and client technical requirements. This role combines deep technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth through consultative selling, technical demonstrations, and solution architecture guidance for enterprise clients in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing deployment capabilities across cloud and endpoint environments
- Design and present integrated security solutions addressing cloud, endpoint, and threat detection requirements
- Collaborate with prospects' technical teams to validate security requirements across hybrid infrastructures
- Assess client security posture across cloud infrastructure, endpoint devices, and network environments
- Develop comprehensive security assessments covering CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, DSPM, endpoint protection, and XDR capabilities
- Create technical proposals outlining integrated security implementations from cloud to endpoint
- Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Indonesia PDP Policy)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security platforms, endpoint protection, and threat detection toolsStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Asian cloud providersStrong knowledge of endpoint security solutions, EDR / XDR platforms, and threat hunting methodologiesExpertise in vulnerability management, container security, Kubernetes environments, and endpoint threat detectionExperience with incident response workflows, and security orchestration3+ years of technical sales experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or XDR solutionsGood presentation and demonstration skills for technical audiences covering cloud-to-endpoint securityPreferred Qualifications
Experience with security solutions across cloud and endpoint environmentsPrevious work with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures including endpoint managementKnowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and data protection lawsDetails
