• Planning

Optimize sales force performance by analyzing own sales and market information then developing plan of action with Area Manager, in order to ensure the objectives achieved.

Collaborates with other Sales Force, marketing and other internal team members on various cross-functional projects.

Establishing and maintain relationship with medical communities and distributor, conduct activities to support registration of product in hospital and / or institution formulary.

Manage own competencies on product, medical knowledge and Selling skills.
