Modern tech solutions advisory and "futurify" consulting as a Searce business leader and a fds ("forward deployed solver") with revenue accountability from net-new accounts and intelligent client business outcomes responsibility.

Your Mission : The Role

solving for better.

  • You are a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds), directly driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles within your portfolio of strategic client engagements.
  • You’ll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the charge from initial engagement to successful execution.
  • This is not a typical sales or pre-sales role where you move on after an SoW or PO. At Searce, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, and you remain 100% accountable for the solutions proposed, the deals closed, and the real outcomes realised.

    This isn’t just a build-the-pipeline role. You are the founder, the architect, and the DRI for generating and overseeing real business outcomes for net-new accounts. Your mission is to partner with visionary clients, leverage our solver DNA to disrupt traditional processes and futurify clients\' business operations to create real value.

    Contribute to growth with a founder’s mindset

  • Own the revenue. Forecast. Chase. Close. Deliver.
  • Architect and execute an account-specific GTM strategy that earns client trust.
  • Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to build a native tech stack that works.
  • Consult and solve as the face of Searce in client stakeholder conversations and tech forums.
  • Architect innovative solutions to deliver intelligent outcomes

  • Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking.
  • Apply our proprietary evlos methodology—iterate fast and fearlessly.
  • Translate client challenges into intelligent, AI-powered solutions.
  • Propose AI-native, cloud-forward solutions grounded in process intelligence that drive true value.
  • Replace slides with real outcomes through work that delivers value.

  • Consulting Pedigree : 5+ years in business technology and outcome consulting, driving modernization journeys on modern CSP tech stacks.
  • Commercial Contribution : Proven track record of contributing to net-new services business development and larger deals.
  • Client-Facing Tech Acumen : 4+ years in client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles.
  • Locally Tuned : Understanding of local terrain to navigate client success.
