Support technical activities related to PLC, HMI, and Industrial Automation solutions Assist in preparing technical demonstrations, application notes/video, and solution documentation Consolidate technical FAQs from distributors, system integrators, end end-users Coordinate with product specialists to publish technical content Support channel partner enablement and training activities Monitor technical inquiries and recurring issues from the field Responsible for PLC Club Indonesia, to increase traffic, number of members, engagement, and post & replies What qualifications will make you successful? Basic knowledge about control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VSDs, SCADAs, Servo Drives and Axis, industrial communication protocols...) Intermediate level about PLC & programming languages (ladder, phyton, sequencer, structure text…) Intermediate video editing skills Proactive and structured work Good organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and teamwork Fluency in English Active student with max 8th Semester of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
