Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive parts industry(preferred experience in one or more of the following areas : 1). Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing research tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross - functional teams and external partners. About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our Marketing Team for aftermarket business at our location in Jakarta.
What you can look forward to as a Country Marketing and Communications :
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO / SEM, content marketing) and traditional (print, events, partnerships) channels.
- Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI); generate reports to share with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Regular market visit to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends; use insights to refine target audience profiles and campaign approaches.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Support lead generation efforts, including managing email marketing workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation online, respond to customer inquiries or feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
- Performs other duties as directed.
