About the opportunity

As a crucial member of the Discova Global Marketing team, the Graphic Designer & Video Editor plays a central role in injecting creativity and steadfast quality into our marketing materials. In this position, you will adeptly blend artistic innovation while adhering to the company standards to produce marketing collateral that not only aligns with the objectives of our regional team but also enhances and preserves the brand integrity of Discova.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate innovative and impactful design concepts for visual and print marketing collaterals, including videos and reels, advertisements, brochures, posters, leaflets, standees, exhibitions and displays, events, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with marketing objectives.
• Execute design tasks to a high standard, ensuring the visual appeal and effectiveness of the marketing materials.
• Guarantee consistency in image usage and brand identity throughout all creative artwork, adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Support in managing the quality of outsourced design tasks, ensuring they meet the company's standards and brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough reviews to identify and rectify any discrepancies in design elements.
• Advise and support operations teams in the implementation of customer-facing materials, offering insights on design elements that enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Stay up to date with Discova services, industry trends, and design technologies.
• Take the initiative to upskill when necessary to ensure expertise in the latest design tools and techniques.
