Overview

Customer Relations Officer / Progress Advisor (PA) supports student success and strengthens customer relationships at English 1. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. PA is responsible for driving course renewals and generating referrals by building trust with parents, communicating student progress in a timely and effective manner, and addressing concerns as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for re-selling English 1 courses and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, and communicating about students\' progress in a timely manner.
• Build trust relationships with students and their parents.
• Re-sell core courses to customers.
• Daily communication with customers about their concerns and questions.
• Generate referrals.
• Inform customers about all important information and changes.
• Prepare and deliver parent-facing events following the suggested framework.
• Record all necessary group, student and parent management operations using a CRM system.
• Observe lessons to understand student performance and share insights with their parents.
