Accounting Staff - Palm Plantation

MidPlaza Holding is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Staff to join our team at one of our business units in palm oil sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the plantation, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support inter-departmental initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the plantation or agriculture sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
