Job Description

As the Product Manager for our Klikpajak team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle of our tax features. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to build a seamless, accurate, and efficient accounting experience for our users. Your mission is to ensure businesses using our platform have a world-class tool to manage their financials, drive decision-making, and comply with regulations.

• Product Vision & Strategy : Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and user needs
• User-Centric Development : Understand the needs of SMBs and enterprise customers to create features that simplify complex accounting processes (e.g., financial reporting, reconciliation, tax compliance)
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to drive the development of new features, enhancements, and integrations
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to iterate and improve product offerings
• Launch & Monitor : Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams. Measure product success post-launch and continuously optimize the experience
• Problem Solving & Innovation : Identify opportunities to innovate within accounting workflows and push the boundaries of what can be automated or simplified
• Compliance & Risk Management : Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the product adheres to global accounting regulations and industry standards.
