- Lead and drive the Marketing Team to achieve strategic goals by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that optimize profitability and strengthen brand value in Indonesia. Provide strong leadership, motivation, and direction to foster team performance, build talent, and execute innovation pipelines across product categories.
- Focus on strengthening the company’s market-leading brands, exploring adjacent categories, and adapting global models to the local market.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance overall organizational performance and results while promoting marketing best practices and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the development of the Company and Category long-term strategic plans with other Division Heads.Lead the development and implementation of the Annual Brand Plans consistent with the long-term strategy and objectives of the Company and Category.Business Performance
Develop Annual Budgets including volumes, revenue and marketing expenditure for each brand / product group (including new products) in line with the long-term Company and Category strategic plans.Ensure key Marketing KPI’s (i.e. market share, brand awareness, revenue and profit) are regularly monitored and used to review brand plans and activities as changes occur in the external or internal environment.Lead the IBP process monthly for sales volume, revenue and A+P rolling plan reforecast.Build a winning portfolio for Indonesia based on demand spaces, trends and robust RGM inputs.Brand / Product Innovation
Ensure that Product Innovation programmes are developed and implemented.Foster cross-functional interaction that enables rapid and effective Product Innovation and rollout.Ensure the appropriate resources and infrastructures are in place to achieve Product Innovation targets.Follow the company brands way for Product Innovation and build operational capability.Market Knowledge
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of dairy-based products and the market environment in which they compete in Indonesia.Brand and Market Communications
Implement agreed brand strategies to maximise financial returns and optimise value of the brand portfolio.Review and evaluate advertising and promotional activity for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.Review the cost effectiveness and efficiency of outside partners such as promotional, research and packaging design agencies and establish clear measurable objectives.Instigate and develop effective working partnerships inside and outside the business (e.g. sales, finance, GBN, agencies).Work closely with global / regional team to ensure deployment of global mixes and strategies in Indonesia.Talent Management
Lead, develop and motivate Marketing Division staff to create an internal environment that encourages and rewards superior performance.Effectively recruit, select and train staff within the Marketing Function, and develop at least one potential successor for key positions.Contribute to the overall management and leadership of the Company.Be an active member of SEA marketing leadership team and of global brand communities.Health & Safety
