Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share across retail and online channels.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
  • Channel Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in modern trade, traditional retail, e-commerce, and specialty outlets.
  • Key Account Management : Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring : Set ambitious targets, monitor sales performance, and drive accountability for results.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, production, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Customer Experience : Champion exceptional customer service and ensure the brands reputation for quality is upheld at every touchpoint.
  • Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to the executive team.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or premium consumer goods
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful teams
  • Strong network within retail and distribution channels in Indonesia
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Passion for premium food products and a customer-centric approach
