Overview
We are seeking a Country Sales Manager – Indonesia who can take ownership of the entire sales process — from market strategy to deal closure — focusing on enterprise customers with deal sizes of $50K+ . The ideal candidate will have Martech industry exposure , a deep understanding of GTM strategies that work in Indonesia , and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy tailored for the Indonesian market.
- Prospect, engage, and close enterprise-level deals ( $50K+ ARR).
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, Marketing Directors, Digital Transformation leaders).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements
Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with good English communication skills.Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals ( $50K+ ) in Indonesia.Strong understanding of Martech solutions and the digital marketing landscape.Experience in building and executing GTM strategies for the Indonesian market.8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS / Martech.Strong network in enterprise sectors such as e-commerce, BFSI, telecommunications, and consumer brands.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into marketing and digital transformation teams.Background in SaaS with exposure to global sales processes.Ability to navigate complex procurement cycles.Why Join Us?
