Process and policy activities
- Conduct design the new policy and procedure according to organization changes
- Review current policy and procedure to ensure the policy align with current condition of the organization
- Modify current system and procedure by considering good internal monitoring aspect
- Assist in socializing the policy and procedure to business process owner
- Conduct the compliance test and provide written report based on the compliance process to related units
- Perform FRM application testing that related to designed procedure to ensure the designed application suitable with the agreed procedure
- Assist in consulting activities for other units in order to re-engineer and strengthen financial business processes
- Assist in providing materials & report summaries for discussion session on risks and recommendations
