Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct productivity analysis and implement improvements to optimize organizational performance.
  • Provide financial and economic analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate findings.
  • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure the smooth implementation of strategies.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, Enterprise Strategy, and Operational Efficiency.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of corporate strategy development and productivity improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and economic analysis techniques is a plus.
