Uraian TugasBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field. Proven track record in M&A, joint ventures, market entry, and investor relations . Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial performance to broader business strategy. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven and highly analytical, with expertise in financial modeling and valuation. Experience in fintech, digital platforms, or fast-growth industries is a strong plus. Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a dynamic environment.
Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for VP of Corporate FInance for a notable Fintech Company.
- Lead corporate financial strategy, aligning business objectives with sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversee investor relations, ensuring clear and compelling communication with current and prospective investors.
- Drive M&A activities, including deal sourcing, valuation, negotiation, and post-deal integration.
- Evaluate and execute joint venture opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate market expansion.
- Assess new market entry opportunities, including financial feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide insights that shape strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company with credibility and confidence in front of investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
