Accounting Division Head - Multifinance

Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Experience in Multinational Multifinance company is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in managing audits and regulatory reporting. Job Description
As an Accounting Division Head your main responsibilities will include :
- Lead and manage the accounting team fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and enhance accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaise with regulators (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia) and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate submissions and audits.
- Implement best practices in accounting systems, automation, and reporting tools to support scalability and transparency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
